Hello dear,
Frankly speaking, it depends on the college you go to unless you are a self-taught guy and can learn concepts like Data Structures on your own. One thing I would suggest is along with the courses you are taking at your college enrol in the same courses online on websites like Coursera. These courses are taught by professors from Stanford and other elite universities. You will benefit a lot from it. Also, code as much you can. If you wanted to be a developer one key thing is you should code, code and code.

No, you have to do BCA i.e Bachelors in computer application in order to do a Master's degree.

Hi,
The eligibility for MCA in most of the top universities is pass with 60% aggregate marks in BCA or B.Sc (Computer Science) or B.Sc (Information Technology) or any graduation with computer science as a subject for three years or mathematics, statistics, business maths or business statistics or QT as one of the subjects at graduation or 10+2 level) and along with this you might have to clear some entrance test (this may vary with the university you choose).
