It is not necessary to do engineering if your intention is to work in the field of web designing. You need to learn some programming and tricks and rules of web design. In fact, these days there are plenty of Institutes that have sprung up to teach this skill. You can join any and become expert.

Both of them are equally important, but in my view, web development is the future of interactive apps. As you know, you can even build UWP apps in HTML and JS. Who knows whether Chrome OS is gonna conquer all programmable devices.

Why do you correlate this with a job? You are good so the job is yours. Regards.
