A Masters data science degree program or a PhD might be a way to go, in developing and waving a technical data science skill set to potential employers but is not a prerequisite to get started with a career in data science. Lack of a highly quantitative degree does not debar one from learning data science. It is possible to learn data science even without a Masters degree. Students who have taken admission in 2017 are only eligible to apply for PMSS 2017-18 online on KSB web portal www.ksb.gov.in. Students should have scored 60% and above in Minimum Educational Qualification (MEQ) I.e 10+2 / Diploma / Graduation.
Students studying in 2nd and subsequent years are not eligible. (except for integrated courses - where 1st portion is academic and 2nd portion is integrated as professional course, in such cases student need to apply for scholarship on taking admission as per Para 18 of Important Instructionsavailable at link PMSS New Application - How to Apply for Scholarship.

First, the most important thing is that you can option for computer Science courses after 12th you may also after 10th but it will be Diploma and also it will not beneficial for you much so best is that you should option after 12th.
Now, while opting class 12th you must go on with Science field with taking PCM as one of the major subjects and while an optional subjects should be Computer Science you may option other also but Computer Science will be more beneficial for you.

I can differentiate between both the courses. You can take out your own reason which one is better.
A lot of difference is here between Red Hat and Ethical Hacking field.
The latter one is a field related to security issue for digital devices which are not constrained to a limited discipline.
But, Red Hat provides services to a limited domain and people get certified, to show expertise on a particular product.
Red Hat is mainly famous for its Linux distribution which is widely used as an enterprise server.
On the basis of this, choose which is better.
