Some of them are:
1) One doesn't need to know the structure of data beforehand as it is with the RDBMS (requires a fixed schema). The format/data model can be changed anytime without affecting the application driven by the database.
2) Using Hadoop implementations in conjugation with NoSQL database, data could be stored across 1000s of servers( volumes of data which even the biggest RDBMS can't handle). This data can be processed and retrieved really fast.
3) NoSQL databases use clusters of cheap commodity servers to manage the exploding data and transaction volumes, whi

Two main benefits:
1) It can reduce the number of round trips by minimizing the number of page transitions in a web application.

So, you are confused between if you can go to the ISRO or any space science after BCA, then let me clarify you that you cannot go just after BCA. The reasons are following:
(1) Indian Space Research Organization is the only organization in India which conducts all its space program. To enter in ISRO, you must have at least M.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology. ISRO does not hire the candidates who are only graduates. And if they do then it's a very rare case. C++ is basically more power to the programmer (since one can break past all sorts of abstractions), and runs natively instead of on a virtual environment (and hence is also platform dependent). A C++ application can manage its own memory in more finer ways than a Java app can. In C++, one can overload operators, access physical addresses and override values there. One can throw and catch any type (.) and do some nasty stuff around all that. On the other hand, in Java, one can sit back and basically just deal with OO abstractions

I decided to answer not and made my passion (computers and programming) into a profession. Along the way my MBA actually benefited me, being able to talk both languages (marketing and code).
Now if you ask I am young, and should I forfeit my college education on a hunch that I might like coding better - my answer would be no. If you ask Should I switch from Business and Economics to Computer Science my answer would be yes, if you like that better.
