It will mainly depend on the company in question. A candidate with a low but minimum required percentile but very good skills will be preferred. However a person with good grades but not faring well in the interview and poor IT skills won't be considered. You should work on developing both your skills and academics.

It depends which state you prefer. Every states has great colleges.
But, the best govt colleges in India for MCA are:-
JNU
DU
IPU
IIM-Indore etc.

MCA is a hot and demanding career in these days. After MCA you can Be a software engineer (If you have great skills). Otherwise, you can join as software developer, system analyst etc. After MCA, if you join a medium IT company then you get 25k to 30k easily. See brother, Experience matters more than degree. If you have experience of 5-6 year you can get 70-75k. My uncle done MCA in 2004. Today, his package is 28 Lakh PA
So, the experience matters in every field.

Yes, you can go for BCA without maths. There are so many institutions which give direct entry.

MCA from a reputed college is better than M.Sc (IT).

But, there are so many languages like C, PHP, java, c+, python, etc. Choose your language which you have interest and learn and research. Practice more and more. Once you have skills in any language, you can join any organisation as a programmer.
