Hi Sahil,
Since there is no MCA course abroad and you have a BCA you can check for MS programmes in software engineering, animation, game design, etc. or PG Diploma courses in these fields. If you want to pursue MCA in India re-appear for the entrance again or check colleges giving admissions through management quota.

Graphic Era University is far better than Hill University.
Quality of education, Infrastructure, Faculty everything is better in GEU compared to Hill University.

You can do Jobs after BCA, but jobs level are not much high.
You can go for further studies like MCA,MBA(IT),M.sc(IT),PGDM.

There are many colleges in every states every city. It's your choice in which state or city you prefer.
