MCA is a job oriented post graduation degree and is treated equivalent to B.Tech CSE. Currently Indian IT industry is in slow decline phase because of outcry against outsourcing in Western countries and increasing restrictions on working visas. But still there are good opportunities for brilliant students. Indian IT companies hires majority of fresher through campus recruitment. Those students who do not get job in campus placement face lot of challenges in getting good job. Therefore, you are advised to seek admision in MCA in college with excellent campus placement.

Yes, you can do it!
Firstly, there is no matter about Hindi and English. As a commerce student has no option, they are always considered as English student because accounting will be done with English not Hindi how would you make a balance sheet and profit and loss accounts in Hindi.
Secondly, it's up to ur skill in which part you are strong which one is not.

Though you got the 51% in 12th, you can get admission in engineering but before taking admission you have to make a promise that you ll work hard, and choose a good college and do not be trapped in college who give a rebate in fees to attract students, because good colleges do not do so.
