Yes, scope is there but it's not as much as animation line.Game development in India. I don't think that's such a good idea because there are no well known Indian game developers.

Both BBM and BCA are equally good job oriented graduation degree courses. BBM grads can be employed in all type of Manufacturing and Services Industries in all sectors whereas max job opportunities for BCA grads are in IT and iTES Industries. Currently, scope for BBM grads is higher in comparison to BCA grads. But, if you technical oriented you may go for BCA else BBM.

No, you can't because M.Sc is from science background. You have various other options after B.Com which is relatable to M.Sc like MBA in IT and much more.
