Yogesh, it would be better, if you pursue BE after Diploma, because now a days, BCA has lost its reputation and the placement for BCA is not good compared to BE.

Find out your rank with help of any rank calculator online and enter your rank in the link given below and get the list of best colleges and definitely, if you get B.Tech CS you should go for it. For there is more scope than B.Sc CS.

BCS, B.Sc IT and B.Sc CS are almost equivalent degree courses with overlap of syllabus between 80% to 90%.
