In Maharashtra, per year would cost you around 29000 this is just a rough estimate. This will vary from college to college.

There are a number of programming languages being developed, their popularity changes from time to time. Languages like C, C+, Java, Python are not likely to go old anytime soon.

I don't think any of the NIT or IIT offers game designing course.
You have to study game designing course on your own, either with the help of internet, YouTube or by taking coaching classes.

Opt for MCA only if -
You want to give more preference to become Lecturer rather than Industry.
You are ready give 2-years extra than B.Tech
You can't get reputed college for B.Tech.
You are a science graduate so that you can try for NIMCET, JNU, BHU and other top college for MCA.
You are graduate.
You want to Add Master at your resume.
Want eligibility for UGC- NET.
Want to work for PGT (Computer Science).

Subjects that we have to study are:
1st semester: Mathematics foundation, Computer Fundamentals and IT, Business Communication, Programming in C.
2nd semester: Discrete Mathematics, DBMS, Accounting, Data structure in C.
3rd semester: Computer Organization and Architecture, Statistics, OOP in C+, Fundamentals of Management.
4th semester: Java, Operating Systems, Visual Basic, Computer Network.
5th semester: Software Engineering, Computer Graphics, Numerical methods, web designing.
6th semester is only about project reports and viva-practicals based on internship projects.
