Hi,
Mathematics is compulsory to pursue BCA. Class 12th with science stream students with physics, chemistry and mathematics subjects, who have passed board examination from a recognized board are eligible to pursue this course. The minimum marks criteria may exist in case of many institutes.
It may vary between 40% to 50% marks in PCM (Physics, chemistry and mathematics) subjects. In case of some Institutes, students must also have appeared for state level entrance examination to be considered eligible to apply for the course.

Dear,
According to your statement, I would suggest you to take the NET exam and apply for a lecturer profile in colleges. Through B.Ed you would get a teaching job in school only, for college either you have to write NET or pursue a Ph.D degree.
So decide the way according to your caliber and interest.
All the best!

You need to complete, either BCA or B.Sc in computer science or B.Tech in CS, and then you can pursue a three month course of hacking conducted by Microsoft.

The best way for you to get into computers field is to join MCA course. A graduate from any field can join MCA and I would advise you to join some technical computer related course to enhance your technical skills at the same time.

Both MCA and MBA are good career options after BCA graduation degree. MCA will make you a good computer developer and you can make career as a technologist. Based on your BCA performance, I will recommended you not to seek admission in MCA as you are not technically inclined. As you are not technically inclined then you may opt for MBA and become a generalist. Currently, scope of MBA is wider and you will get lots of opportunities to grow.

Hi Tulika,
MNNIT does not offer BCA. So, you can try some other college for BCA.
