If you are interested in networking then go for java,c+, PHP and also Dotnet in Hyderabad.
The career in these languages is good and is having a great future nowadays.
Java and c+ are completely equal just differ because c+ is developed nearer to C.
And, .net is demaded now for networking according to Microsoft.

Both the job roles you have mentioned are potential career options and most sought for in the IT sector. Both the courses offer high salary and high career growth, however, based on the current conditions, the testing sector in the IT field currently is over-saturated. There are a huge number of potential candidates than the actual job vacancies. On the other hand, software development is a bit more difficult as it involves more innovation.
