Just pursue CEH (certificate in ethical hacking) and after 12th you can pursue B.Sc in cyber security. For that you must have maths and computer application / science as a compulsory subject.
I hope this answer will help you.

M.Sc IT/CS is a general course. It does not give you any placement opportunity but B.Tech and MCA are professional course. B.Tech IT/CSE and MCA both are similar but B.Tech IT/CSES is more preferable and valuable course. B.Tech IT/CSE has more recruitments than MCA. If you choose B.Tech then you would be able to choose your valuable 2 years. Within these 2 years you can pursue further courses like M.Tech / MS/ MBA (for management experience).
I hope you understand my point.

B.Tech is the best course because it is a 4-year professional course and it has more value than MCA. B.Tech has more demand than MCA, but if you did BCA+MCA then there would be no difference between B.Tech and MCA. But, I would always suggest you to go for B.Tech. I hope you understand why B.Tech is preferable. Remember, B.Tech is a fully technical course with more value.

You can check colleges in Germany, Canada, UK, Japan, Singapore, Ireland and Switzerland. For college ranking I will suggest you refer to a ranking table like QS or Times Higher Edu ranking.

Every college has its own entry criteria and cut-offs. A very good foundation in mathematics is required. You can check University of Technology and Management, Shillong as it offers B.Tech in cyber security.
