BCA is a basic graduation degree with which you can get entry level jobs in small and medium IT firms. You will have to do MCA for a meaning IT career. However, B.Tech graduation can have a good career. Therefore, it is recommended that you prefer B.Tech over BCA.

The salary package depends on your graduation (B.Com) and work experience in finance and accounting, if any. After completing SAP Fico from a recognized institute you may get around 3.5-4 LPA initially.
