Hello Hari Om,
As you are a biology student and if you have PCB in class 12th, then it will be difficult for you to get admission in engineering. I would suggest you to take mathematics as an optional subject if possible because after that many options will be open for you in the field of computers like CS or IT engineering, BCA etc.
At this time, you can only go for 1 year Diploma course in computers like hardware networking, web designing, etc.

There is no cadre of computer professionals as developers or testers in government. Government needs for computer software and hardware is filled by organisations such as NIC, NISG, CDAC, etc. However, you are eligible for all government jobs including civil services where minimum educational qualification criteria is a graduation degree.

For admission, you need to appear for GRE and TOEFL/IELTS exam. For USA and Australia, you need over 70%, then you can get good universities. The course fee will be around Rs.28 lakhs to Rs.35 lakhs for USA. For Australia, it will be little cheaper.
