Harshal, even the students who have done Statistics or Business Maths or Business Statistics or QTas one of the subject at Graduation or 10+2 level) are eligible for admission to MCA. So, being a B.Com student you must have one of them.
There are many institutions that offer admission in MCA without Maths, so you can check their websites for more details. Many of them offer good placements as well as good scholarships to students.

Harshal , you can take admission in BCA without Maths also. Many private universities offer admission in BCA on basis of 12th in any stream.
Most of these universities are offering good placements and placement assistance to the students. Some even offer scholarships to students subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria.
