You are eligible to seek admissions in BCA . You may seek from your institute principal equivalence of diploma to 12th class. Why do you want to do BCA? You are advised to seek lateral entry admission in B.Tech in branch of your choice.

It's better to do BCA from a reputed college. Every reputed college offer better placement opportunities.
Below average college never offer you a good Placement. So go with BCA.
