Nowadays for fresh MCAs to get job directly is very difficult as most of IT industry vacancies are filled by campus placement. I will recommend that you do MCA for Institute which has good placement record. You may further do short mobile application development courses to increase your employability.

Both M.Sc CS & MCA are equally good courses. M.Sc CS students have very good theoretical background of Computer Science subjects whereas MCA students have very good exposure on Computer Applications. Indian IT industry's primarily business and major revenue is from Application Development and Support projects because of which MCA graduates has minor edge over M.Sc graduates. I will suggest you evaluate and select degrees based on Institutes reputation, brand image and placement record.

Hi Saesh , fee structure varies with colleges. Typically Bachelor degree programs in Canada would cost around CDN$6,000 to 25,000 per year. Check Concordia University, Vancouver Film School, Durham College and Niagara College.
