Although, you have not mentioned your educational and professional background but, SAP FICO is mainly for professionals who are working in Finance sector or those fresher who want to make there career as SAP Consultants in financial sector.
As far as the scope of SAP is concerned it is one of the most popular and in demand courses and SAP consultants are highly paid. So, you definitely can go ahead, but I would also like to add here that SAP is quite an expensive course and if you are planning to invest you should opt for an Authorized Institute.

There is not much difference between both the degrees. Syllabus is 80 to 90 % similar in both the degrees. BSc CA will give you a bit better theoritical concepts of Computer Science with Maths background. Acceptance of both degrees is same in market.
