You should go for B.Tech but you have to work hard as in engineering there are maximum opportunity with lots of competitors. You should go to those branches which are easily understandable by you and having some basic knowledge and most importantly you are interested to do the same.

After chemistry honours i dont think you will be eligible for MCA. Rather go for MBA.

CCNA has very good scope.go for it.ts demanding also morcha days. N atwal be a plus for u as u hv BCA. Abound suggest with MCA continue CCNA

With the increased usage of computer in each n every sector.crimes have also increased so cyber security is needed by every organisation whether government or another business houses. Itsfuture is great ahead. But for that i would suggest do Be or Btech or BCA+MCA or Bsc+Msc and also specialisation course in cyber security or ethical hacking.
