Hey Sayed,
BCA would be better than B.Sc IT as would fetch you more jobs that B.Sc IT. BCA would give you more opportunities and expands your futher options. A BCA guy is preferred over a B.Sc guy in organisationsn also. Also BCA done should be from a good ranking university. Some suggestions would be -

There is good scope in game designing but why specifically game designing as gaming as various sector and game design is just one part of the puzzle. As a starter you can expect anywhere between 7k to 15k per month.

Hey Abhishek,
Not all private or govt colleges are better all alone. Generally nowadays private colleges provide better placement assistance than govt colleges and I will suggest you to go for private institutions. Also you can have better career outlook as well as holistic development in these institutions.
