Hi Sudarshan the criteria for scholarship for VLSI and Embedded is that you will need to take the Sandeepani Online Test (OLT) based on your performance in the OLT you can obtain scholarship from 10% to 25%.

If you've not been good then take a relook at your career and move to something else like networking or maybe even design for instance. If you're creative, you can always consider going for Design and Animation.
