There are many good institutes in Bangalore offering MCA and MBA courses:
Vidya Vikas Institute of Engineering
Bangalore university
Presidency College
National School of Business
Acharya Bangalore B-School
Alliance School of Business
and so on.
Other than this there are many other universities like SMUDE, LPUDE, IGNOU etc that can help you get an MCA or MBA degree sitting at your home only.

BCA is a graduate degree in which you study the sciences relating with computers and you know the applications whereas B Tech in CS is what the engineering of computers in which you apply the laws of computer sciences to create a new design. This design may be a program or a software or even a device that will fit a software written already. Here in B Tech the technology plays the prominent role whereas in BCA studying, learning and understanding is done. Hi, Upasna has given you a very good answer along with various college names.
You have scored good ranks.
It depends upon your interest, both are totally different field and different career opportunities. If you do BCA you need to do masters as well for good job.
Also Check you admission from some renowned institute as well like Jamai Mallia, Lovely Professional University, Pune University

you can do BCA in 2 yrs after Diploma in Comp Sc. you will get 2nd year adm.
we also offers BCA from Pune University under Pragnya college. but will get adm. in 1sem. only.

Dear Abhinav,
If you are planning to pursue it at bachelors level, then the eligibility is as follows:
For admission in a bachelor's degree, the candidate must have passed the higher secondary school certificate (10+2) examination with science subject such as physics, maths and chemistry. For IITs, It is mandatory to qualify in the Joint Entrance Examinations (J.E.E). The duration for this course is 4 years.
For M.Tech, The eligibility criteria for pursuing a master's degree are holding a bachelor's degree in (B.E/B.Tech) or any other equivalent branches of engineering. The duration for this course is 2 years.
