NIMCET Eligibility criteria:
1. Educational qualifications: Candidates with full-time 3 years B.SC/BIT/BCA with Maths or Statistics or equivalent as a compulsory subject from a recognised institution or university. B.Tech/BE Students can also apply for the exam. Candidates from open Universities or candidates appearing in Qualifying exams can also apply for the NIMCET exam.
2. Age: No age limit.

No, you should have done BCA for MCA.
But still, you can do M.Com MBA for your higher studies which are trending nowadays.
