No dear there is no exam for entrance in Masters. It is based on performance of B.Sc.

Yes you can appear
Candidates securing at least 55% marks in their Master's Degree or equivalent from a recognised university in Humanities (including languages), Social Science, Computer Science and Applications, Electronic Science, etc. Are eligible to appear for the UGC NET exam conducted by NTA.

Courses are allotted according to the ranks of the respective students.

Of course you are eligible for pursuing BCA after completing twelfth with Science stream. There are many courses for Science stream students for example related to Science, computer, medical & Technology etc. E. g. BMS- Bachelor of Management Science
