Yes, Cornell requires students to submit an English language proficiency score. UG international students can submit IELTS / TOEFL / Duolingo test scores. For PG courses, students can submit IELTS / TOEFL scores. The minimum scores required for admission to Graduate courses can vary. The minimum test scores required for admission to UG courses are:

Cornell University MPS in Management is 10 months. The course is offered full-time. It is a STEM-designated course. This is a course designed for UG degrees in areas other than Business. The STEM designation means students are going to find Analytics, Databases, Machine Learning, and other technologically driven tools and practices covered throughout this course. International students with an F-1 visa who are enrolled in this course become eligible for a two-year extension, allowing students to work in the U.S. in an approved STEM field for up to 36 months.
