The Cornell Engineering college has an acceptance rate of only 24.2%, per US News,  suggesting it is very competitive to secure admissions to. Candidates interested in higher studies from Cornell must perform really well in past academics & other university-entrance exams to have a chance of securing a seat at the institute.

If the institute's acceptance rate of 7.8% is anything to go by, it can be said that it is very selective at granting admissions to its students.

Only highly qualified individuals who have shown excellence in academics as well as other spheres of the student life are allowed admissions.

Yes, Cornell Engineering college falls under the institutional umbrella of the renowned Cornell University which is a member of the Ivy League.

The Ivy League institutions are considered the best institutions in the US & are known for offering a quality level of education that is in-line with the modern-day practices in the industry.

Engineering at Cornell is considered the largest & most prestigious engineering course among all Ivy League institutions. It is one of a select number of institutions to be accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET

The college receives country-level recognition for its rigorous engineering education & research & has a built a legacy of developing students into leaders.

The estimated cost of living in NYC is around INR 25-30 L for students residing in university housing. This can go higher if students opt to pursue a more relaxed lifestyle.
