NIELIT Aurangabad has not released official placement 2025 data for the BTech course. As per some of the verified reviews on Shiksha, students have mentioned that the highest placement package is INR 25 LPA. Some of the leading companies that have been part of placements in recent years are TCS, Bosch, Bajaj Auto, etc.

The names of some of the important documents that candidates must attach at the time of filling out the application form or at the time of document verification are as follows:
- Two Passport Size Photographs pasted & attested
- Date of Birth proof, copy attached. Class 10 marksheet and certificate
- Caste (OBC/SC/ST) Certificate, copy attached
- Disability Certificate for PWD, copy attached
- Class 12/ Graduation Passing Certificate, copy attached

Yes, the application form for RGUKT (IIIT Basara): Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies BTech admission can be rejected if the details filled by the candidate are incorrect. It can also be rejected if the candidate has not uploaded the correct documents required like marksheets, certificates, ID proofs, etc. One possible reason is also if the candidate doesn't qualify the eligibility criteria.

The duration of BTech course at RGUKT (IIIT Basara): Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies is six years. The course is divided into pre-university and Engineering course. For the initial two years, the pre-university course is taught to candidates and after this for the rest four years the Engineering course starts.
