No, you generally can't secure B.E./B.Tech admission at MLRITM without a valid TS EAMCET (TS EAMCET) rank. However, 30% seats fall under the management (Category B) quota, available to those who meet 10+2 with 60% in PCM even without EAMCET.

You can't get regular B.E./B.Tech admission at SSASIT without JEE Main – a valid JEE Main or GUJCET score is mandatory through ACPC counselling. Alternatively, you may still access management? quota seats even without JEE/GUJCET, but fees'll be higher and the seats limited.
