So, here's my suggestion in order to choose a college from which you can accomodate your time, it's better if you do a full fledged UG course for music and while spending time in the UG course start preparing for cuet pg. You can also take political Science as a minor in your UG course to give you a better understanding of the subject.

Yes, you could get into Lucknow University with 75% in class 12^th, provided you clear the CUET-PG examination conducted by the university itself, as there are certain eligibility criteria for appearing for the examination, so that the quality of postgraduate education is maintained. For admissions to PG course specialisations offered by the university, your class 12^th marks wouldn't be considered; those only qualify you to be able to sit for the examination. Your admission is based on your performance in CUET-PG, and if you clear the cutoff released by the university, for different categories and rounds.
