CUET UG central universities follow individual admission counselling process after the CUET UG results are declared. Each university releases its own merit list/cut off, admission process, and guidelines. Candidates planning to get admission to UG courses at central universities are required to apply separately for the target university and participate in the counselling rounds.

A total of 49 central universities in India offer admission to undergrdauate courses through the Common University Entrance Test (CUET). Candidates can get the list of CUET participating central universities at the NTA CUET UG official website: cuet.nta.nic.in or at the 'CUET UG 2026 College' page of Shiksha.com.

Yes, AURO University indeed offers CUET scholarships for undergraduate programmes. Mistakenly indicating a quota in the CUET application form for the defense category when you are not eligible to apply for it, may create problems during your eligibility verification since the national testing agency usually provides an edit period where candidates can edit/formulate their details before they would be finally submitted. If the edit period is still open you should edit your form otherwise your application would typically be evaluated on the eligibility criteria and incorrect information would be deemed rejection. It is better to call the official CUET helpline or check their website for the latest guidelines if you can
