Yes, students can take admission into Ranchi University BBA courses without appearing for CUET UG. Other than this exam, the university also considers Class 12 marks for admission. Thus, students can apply with scores obtained in the Class 12 examinations. However, students must also note that CUET UG candidates are given preference over others.

With that score in CUET, you're unlikely for top central universities.
You might qualify for some branch-specific or less competitive courses at central/state universities if the cutoff is in the 500–600 mark range. Focus your search there and consider walk-ins to secure a seat this year.
In private universities like Amity, SRM, LPU, UPES etc., you have the best chances.

Government and government-aided engineering colleges that offer low tuition fees and TFW scheme are:
NITs (via JEE Main, with state quota)
State Government Engineering Colleges like:
– College of Engineering, Pune (Maharashtra)
– Jadavpur University (West Bengal)
– UVCE Bangalore (Karnataka)
– Delhi Technological University (Delhi)
– GEC Thrissur (Kerala)
– IIEST Shibpur (West Bengal)
To Get TFW you should apply for the state entrance exam (like KEAM, MHT-CET, WBJEE, etc.) or JEE Main and choose TFW option during counselling and provide income certificate (< ?8 lakh/year)

Having scored 600 out of 1000 in CUET 2025, there is a good chance of getting into mid-tier central and state universities for a BA program. Keep an eye on the cutoffs and apply broadly, in addition to colleges that are accepting CUET scores, think about state universities and private colleges too. The probability for you as an applicant will improve if you are flexible in
