No, you cannot get B.Tech CSE at IPU through CUET; IPU accepts JEE Main scores for CSE admission.

Free seats aren't available, but scholarships and fee concessions exist for eligible categories.

Check IPU's official portal for quotas and detailed scholarship schemes

There is nothing such as best books, But here are some good books

  • A Modern Approach to Verbal & Non-Verbal Reasoning by R.S. Aggarwal for logical reasoning,
  •  Quantitative Aptitude for Competitive Examinations by R.S. Aggarwal for math skills,
  •   General Knowledge by Manohar Pandey (Arihant) for current affairs and static GK.

These books cover all major sections of the General Test and are ideal for building accuracy and speed through practice.

You can give CUET exam if you are in class 12th but at the time admission your class 12th marksheet will be necessary. Minimum marks required for general category are 50 % in class 12th. There are many colleges which take admission without CUET exam. Only class 12th students are eligible for CUET exam.

JEE Main vs CUET Top B.Tech Colleges 2025. JEE Main scores are valuable for admission to top engineering colleges in India. Whereas, CUET scores are useful for admission to several other central and state universities. So if you want to write cuet you can definitely write that for a side scope or for a safer second option to get it.

If you miss the CUET exam, there's no option for re-exam or rescheduling. You will have to wait next year, and, there will be no refund of the fee amount. However, for admission, you can go for various course-specific and college-specific exams. You can find the complete details about the college and the course in which you are interested at www.shiksha.com.

No, Mathematics is not compulsory for admission in B.Com through CUET UG exam. However, some CUET colleges might have mathematics as a compulsory subject in its eligibility criteria for B.Com. Therefore, candidates are advised to check the subject mapping requirements of their target university.
