No, you can't get admission to Kashmir University MSc programme in psychology without taking an entrance exam. The university uses entrance exams like CUET, JEE Main, GATE, CMAT, and GPAT for admission to several UG and PG courses. 

To register and select colleges in CUET after the results are declared, you need to: visit the official website of each participating university, register on their online counselling portal, and choose your preferred colleges based on their cut-off lists, then complete the admission process by submitting required documents and paying fees if your score qualifies; you can access the registration link on the NTA CUET website as well.
