CUET, the Common University Entrance Test, has recently been made mandatory for admission to all undergraduate courses, including BBA/BMS, offered by various universities. This means that students aspiring to pursue a BBA/BMS programme in these universities will now be required to appear for the CUET and obtain a qualifying score in order to be eligible for admission. The implementation of CUET as a compulsory entrance test aims to standardize the admission process and provide a common platform for evaluating the aptitude and knowledge of applicants across multiple universities.

Some institutions may conduct their own entrance exams, while others may admit students based on merit or through other recognised national or state-level entrance exams. Therefore, CUET is not compulsory for BCom students. It is important to research and check the admission requirements of the specific colleges or universities you are interested in to understand their specific entrance exam policies.
