With the exception of individuals who get more than 90% in the qualifying exam or up to AJEE rank of 50,000, CUCET will be required. You can appear in multiple phases of CUCET (CUCET-I, CUCET-II). Two attempts per phase is allowed. You can appear in the next attempt/phase by paying 500/-. Scholarship slabs are different for different phases. If one appears in multiple phases of CUCET, your best score will be considered for scholarship purpose. The detailed syllabus for CUET 2023 has been released by the National test agency on its official website. You can get it from there. NCERT books are enough floor the preparation of the exam. The topics from 12th syllabus can be included in CUET.

Sorry to inform you that you are not qualified for MBA courses, even your CAT score is really high there is no chance of admission with less than 50% marks in graduation you can repeat the graduation course or improve your score if option available and try for MBA so that you can get into some reputed colleges.
