Yes, it is possible to apply to Tezpur University through CUET UG with an EWS certificate and a 58.96% score in life science, but it depends on the specific programme and its eligibility criteria. Tezpur University accepts CUET scores for many of its undergraduate (UG) programs. If you follow the required procedures and guidelines then you are eligible.

For CUET, Commerce students without Maths can opt for subjects like Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, and English, along with the General Test. While some courses like B.Com (Hons) with Economics might require Maths, there are still plenty of options available for students without it, such as BBA, B.Com (General), and various Arts courses like BA (Economics).

It is highly improbable that a general category student will be able to get in with CUET normalized score of 218, for microbiology or biotechnology admissions to Delhi University. These courses are highly competitive, and scores usually range above 400, sometimes very close to 475 or more. If you belong to a reserved category, such as SC, ST, or PwD, and apply to less competitive colleges in DU, then there may be a small possibility depending on seat fill rate and cut-off. You could also check similar life sciences majors or other universities with more accommodating cut-off levels. Just keep checking in on the CSAS portal.
