With a score of 341 in CUET and PCM subjects, you may no longer qualify for the top central universities but you still have options in mid-tier or regional universities. For instance, Central University of Andhra Pradesh, Central Tribal University or given few state government universities in Assam, Rajasthan and Jharkhand may accept your score for any Science based or general programs. Private universities accepting CUET also provide good options with scholarship. Do note to check for spot round during such period or open merit lists. You must also keep in mind your category and subject combinations etc. 

If you do not mind location or course options, you can still get good seat offerings and create a solid academic trajectory. 

Admission to top government institutions is difficult, as you already know, with 302 marks in CUET general category, mostly colleges in CUET want scores in the range of 450 or above. However, it's possible to secure a seat in newer or less competitive central and state universities, especially ones that are regional campuses. My recommendation is to keep checking back for spot rounds and open merit lists. You can check out some private universities that accept CUET scorecards and gives out scholarship as well. You should also think about alternative options like applying for other skill-based/vocational courses as a backup. If all things fail, you can take a gap year, work your way through preparation and perhaps, take CUET again next year and get a better score. you'll see that many students succeed that way.

Yes, you can get a BBA seat at IPU through CUET if all the IPU CET counselling seats are filled and there is still availability. Register for CUET and choose the subjects English, Business Studies, and General Test. After the results are published, check IPU's spot counselling notifications. If you have a valid CUET score then apply on IPU's admission portal, upload the documents required, and pay the admission fees. The admissions will be based on merit and available seats. You must have passed your class 12th with a minimum of 50% marks with English as a subject. Keep checking for updates from IPU so you can be prepared for document verification and in case you are called for counselling. CUET is a useful backup option if the CET seats are already filled.
