Yes, you would be eligible for UG courses offered by Chandigarh University not by your JEE Mains rank but by your 12th percentage which can be assumed as more than 80 percent.

The last date for CUSAT was a week ago so as per CU norms you can't register for it. But, if you want an admission even now then you can apply online through your 12th percentage which should be greater than 60%.
