Yes, you can take admission for the course, as you are eligible. But, you should have the basic knowledge of Computers as per the course. It may be tough for you, if you have not studied basic computer.

Yes sure. But you may not understand because it is basically of technical line. And you belong to a non technical line. The course is very good course basically but you get to learn very much. Since you are not of CS line so in profession you are not going to use it. But you can join the course for general awareness and for safety purpose.
