If you are referring to the entrance exam of Gandharva Mahavidyalaya, New Delhi, then it is more like an audition at the GU campus. You have to submit your application form in the month of May or once admission dates are announced on the GU website. The form fee is Rs. 350, which will be made available for one week at the admission portal. After completing the form, you must travel to the GU campus to give an audition. For music courses, you have to prepare a one-minute short song, and for dance courses, you have to prepare a two-minute dance sequence. The Total fees charged by BHU Main campus for MPA in Dance (Kathak) is about Rs 6,000(approx.) for the total duration of 2 yrs of the course. This does not include the Hostel and Other facilities. Also, this fees is applicable only to Regular students and not the Paid seats or affiliated colleges.

There are different courses and different colleges for the same courses. You need to understand what your requirements are and how you want to pursue them. Either you can do part time in Certificate from an academy or a proper degree that you can do from Nritya Vidyalayasm. The Fees depends on the time period, reputation of the institute and the form of dance or acting. For example, in ICE the acting fees is 3,65000 while you can do this course in 100000 also.

Different colleges have different Eligibility Criteria, candidates should check before applying. But this is a skill based course so candidates must have passed their graduation from a recognised University in the particular specialisation with a minimum of 50% marks. Now you are doing B.Sc. Degree in nursing so will not be eligible for this. Wishes for you future!
