Master of Science (S.M.) degree is coursework (non-research) based degree. It includes no thesis, foreign language or general examination. Admission into terminal S.M. is offered in 2 areas: Computational Science and Engineering (CSE) and Data Science. S.M. in Data Science is a one and a half year (3 terms) degree.

Students are allowed to apply to a SEAS master's programme in Data Science if they already have a master's degree from another institution in a different subject area. But before applying for the course, students must check all the eligibility criteria required to enter the program.

Yes MBBS from Vietnam is fully valid in India. You must take admission in a college that follows the NMC guidelines properly. The course duration should be 54 months plus 12 months internship.

Yes, you can surely apply for a Master's in Interior Design if you don't even have a B.Des in Interior Design.
Many colleges accept students from different fields as long as they have a relevant bachelor's degree like Architecture, Fine Arts, Design, Civil Engineering, or any 10+2+3 degree.
So yes, it is totally possible you don't need a B.Des specifically to apply.

The best degrees are mostly in Robotics and Engineering because Japan is famous for machines. Computer Science and MBA is also very popular choice for international students. The Masters degree usually take 2 years to finish. Some business schools have 1 year MBA but mostly it is two years.

The cost is cheap compared to USA or UK. For National Universities the tuition fee is around ¥535,800 per year. If you go to Private University it is bit more expensive like ¥800,000 to ¥1,500,000 per year. You need money for living cost also maybe ¥100,000 every month for rent and food.
