Of course, it is. An Online MA degree is valid in both India and abroad. You need to pursue it from a UGC-approved university.
If you get your online MA degree from an accredited university, you're equally employable in both government and private sectors.

Yes, you may get admission in Ramaiah Institute of Management Studies with 60% in UG degree. The minimum percentage required in graduation in 50%. Hence, 60% does make you eligible. However, selection is entrance-based. Students have to submit scores of national or state-level exams. So, 60% alone won't guarantee admission.

No, it is not possible to get admission in NIMS University, with just 45% in UG degree. The minimum score required is at least 50% for most specialisations. Students have to also clear the selection rounds for final admission.

Yes you can choose any stream whatever you want to choose for your master degree. You can go for science, philosophy, management it simply means you can go for MSC, MBA, M.Com or any other stream you want to choose by yourself. You are having good percentage so you can easily go for any college but please check eligibility because some colleges also need some kind of exams.

No! A Schengen Visa is specifically for short term stays. Up to 90 days. It is ideal for short courses or seminars. It can not be used for long term study.
