Hello Divya, theoretically it is possible to get transfer from Jodhpur to Delhi E while in the second year of your B.Sc. Computer sciences course. However there are some restrictions in such transfers. First leave the equivalence between the two courses for the course offered by these two universities. They will tell you as to which forms you need to fill up as well as which Certificate you need to bring in from Delhi etc. Best wishes to you.

You have to clear all your semester exams to become eligible for the M.Sc entrance exam, and you don't need Chemistry as a subject for M.Sc Botany .If you are a student of B.Sc Medical, then you are eligible. Hope this will help.
