Yes, you will be able to apply in DU with one year of gap after the class 12th. One or two years of gaps is not a big issue, so you can apply there.

Delhi University announces a date with complete details to apply for admission in their graduation programme. Once the application process completes, then a cutoff list will be published according to the courses and colleges. Further, the applicant can take admission based on they qualified or wait for next cutoff. There are 4 to 5 cuttoff lists will published during the admission time from colleges w. r. t vacant seats in any courses.
