First of all your 10 class marks doesn't matter in Du admission. Yes you have a good chance but please hurry up as more than 80% is seats are already full. You can get admission till 4th list quite easily

University of Delhi has quite good placement in LL.B. Courses as compares to other courses. Different kinds of financial firms and practitioner lawyer are hiring graduate students for working in their firms or companies. Also some LL.B. There is no college who give direct admission for M.A. Political Science and other PG courses
You have to clear the entrance exams then you will get admission on the basis of Entrance exam result.

Yes, you can get admission if you go for courses like hindi (hons), philosophy (hons) that to in lower colleges of Delhi University. I would suggest you to try for some private colleges, that would be better for your career.
