Hi,
First of all, if you have some health issues, then I think Delhi University gives you a provision of skipping one or two years. This will extend the duration of your degree but then after how many years if you can recover and come back and do one year of course yes then you can get your degree. S

Hello,
Yes, you can pursue M.Sc Biotechnology in Allahabad University. If you are a research oriented student. M.Sc Biotechnology is a 2 years full time on campus course. The total fees is 2600 for two years. Out of which you pay 1310 for first year and 1290 for second year. Hope it helps.
