There is no admit card for UG Aspirants in DU. However, the fee receipt which you will have to print from DU portal would become one when you want to enter into the college.

You will simply have to login to your portal and type the course and college you wish to choose. The cut off for that particular course and college would pop up and show the minimum percentage a person should have to get admission, if your percentage is more than or equal to that then you are completely eligible for the further procedure and admission in DU.

Chances are less as your percentage is low according to the cut-off and also, many students apply for DU colleges from all over India and also, there is no home state benefit. Most of them want B.Com honors, so it depends on your luck now.
