Your score is really good but the cutoff marks for the top colleges goes very high every year in DU. Some colleges that you can get on basis of your score are:
1. Satyawati (eve)
2. PGDAV (eve)
3. Zakir Hussain (eve)
4. Sri Aurobindo
5. Bharti College
You might get some other good colleges as well in 6th or 7th round of counselling.
So wait for the cutoffs.
All the best.

I think since the general result of this year is higher than the last year, so the cut-off will also rise.

There is no minimum criteria as such but it depends on the general applicants and cut-off.

Yes, you can withdraw your admission from DU for another university. It will take almost one day, you can cancel your admission form online portal itself and then you can collect your documents from the college.

If you select PCM + English, then there will no deduction of percentage but if you take fourth subject as physical education, then your total percentage may get deducted by 2 - 3%. So, choose 4th subject wisely.
