A score of 98.5-99+ percentile in CAT should be safe enough to get an interview call from FMS New Delhi. Since a significant weight age is allotted to the CAT score, the higher you score the better it would be.

U need to secure above 80% to secure your seat in Delhi university as the cutoffs are high n there is no entrance exam for B.com u will be selected on merit basis and there some seats for reservation for categories like SC, ST etc so if u are in those category the required percentage will be less ot

You just have to fill up the university forms that will be out in April or May. You will get the college as per the cutoffs.
