Two on-campus housing options for students are there at the University of Colorado Denver, Lynx Crossing and City Heights. Lynx Crossing is open for all UG and Graduate students. They have furnished rooms and meal plans options. Students can live at Lynx Crossing all year round, including summer. On the other hand, City Heights is the new building for first-year UG students in the center of the campus.

F-1 and J-1 international students are allowed to work up to 20 hours of on-campus employment while studying at UC Denver. Furthermore, students can work 40 hours per week during the scheduled break. A few of the popular part-time jobs in the USA are:

According to U.S. News & World Report, UC Denver is ranked at #136 position in the 2025 Best Graduate Schools (Engineering) category. The College of Engineering, Design, and Computing offers UG and PG programs. A few Certificate programs are also offered. A few of the study fields of the courses that are offered by this school are Civil Engineering, Bio-engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering.

Students are automatically considered for Automatic Merit-based scholarships and will receive notification of this award in their offer of admission. If they wish to apply for an additional merit-based scholarship and need-based aid, a Financial Aid application will be required additionally.

The average GPA of students accepted is 3.78 (for the middle 50% from 3.62 to 4.0). SAT or ACT score is also required both for admission and merit purposes. Either SAT or ACT reasoning test score is acceptable for UG admission at the University of Denver. Scores obtained in a subject test or writing sections are not acceptable.
