Derby is a beautiful city in the UK having numerous international students from around the world. Because of large number of international student population, migrating to the city as a newcomer is easy. Internatioanal students might have to pay anywhere from £1,038 to £1,282 per month (INR 1.10 L to INR 1.30 L). Therefore, yes Derby is cheap for international students.

If English is not the first language, then international students must have English language proficiency tests score. The below table has the IELTS test score required for admission in undergraduate and graduate programs:
